1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the ModelStudio.cz platform (hereinafter "platform"), operated by Michal Pavlásek, V Teničkách 613, 686 01 Uherské Hradiště, Czech Republic. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and account

Registration is required to use the platform services. Users must provide truthful information. Each user may have only one account. Users are responsible for the security of their password and all activities performed under their account. Minimum age for registration is 16 years.

3. Content and conduct

Users are fully responsible for the content they upload to the platform. It is prohibited to upload content that violates the laws of the Czech Republic, pornographic, violent, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate content. The operator reserves the right to remove any content without notice.

4. Photos and copyright

By uploading photos to the platform, the user declares that they are the author or have the author's consent for publication. The user grants the platform a non-exclusive license to display the photos within the platform services. Copyright remains with the user. The platform does not sell or provide photos to third parties.

5. Prohibited activities

The following is prohibited on the platform: creating fake profiles, harassing other users, sending unsolicited messages (spam), attempting to obtain other users' credentials, automated content scraping, any commercial use of platform content without the operator's consent.

6. Liability

The platform serves as an intermediary for contact between models and photographers. The operator is not responsible for user conduct, quality of collaboration, or damages arising from collaboration arranged through the platform. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services.

7. Account termination

Users may cancel their account at any time by contacting support. The operator reserves the right to block or delete the account of a user who violates these terms. When an account is cancelled, all personal data and photos will be deleted.

8. Changes to terms

The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes through the platform. By continuing to use the platform after changes, users express consent to the new terms.
