1. Operator

ModelStudio.cz is operated by [Název společnosti / OSVČ], ID: [IČO], registered in the Czech Republic. Contact: info@modelstudio.cz. By using the platform you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. User account

Registration is free and open to individuals aged 18 and over. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One person may hold only one account. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content and rights

You retain ownership of all content (photos, texts, profile information) you upload. By uploading, you grant ModelStudio.cz a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store your content for the purpose of operating the platform. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Prohibited content

• Explicit sexual content or nudity (unless permitted by the relevant content category)
• Content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Hateful, discriminatory, or threatening content
• Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or misleading information
• Any activity that violates applicable Czech or EU law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund of any subscription fees.

5. Subscriptions and payments

ModelStudio.cz offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Basic, Premium). Paid plans unlock higher photo limits and messaging quotas. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment card data. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; you must renew manually. All prices include VAT where applicable under Czech law.

6. Liability

ModelStudio.cz provides the platform "as is". We are not a party to any agreements, collaborations or transactions between users. We are not liable for the accuracy of user-submitted profiles, for the outcome of any collaboration, or for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by e-mail at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
