3. Purpose and legal basis

• Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Recipients of data

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data may be shared with:

• Stripe Inc. — payment processing (USA, EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
• Hosting provider — servers located in the EU
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage statistics (Google LLC, EU–US DPF)

5. Data retention

• Account data: for the duration of the account + 3 years after deletion (fraud prevention)
• Accounting records: 10 years (Czech Accounting Act)
• Server logs: 90 days
• Newsletter: until unsubscribed

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, contact info@modelstudio.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority — Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (UOOU).

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF token) that cannot be disabled as they are essential for the platform to function. We also use Google Analytics with anonymised IP addresses for aggregate traffic statistics. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings at any time.
